About Radiodays Europe
Radiodays Europe is an annual pan-European radio conference for leaders from public service and commercial radio as well as related industries.
The goal is to make the best radio conference in Europe, with highly sought-after speakers and sessions especially designed to secure the best possible conference experience for the participants. As opposed to previous pan-European radio conferences, Radiodays Europe will be strongly rooted in the European radio industry of today. The initiative has already received support throughout Europe.
It is more important now than ever for the European radio industry to create a common arena for discussing radio now and in the future. Radiodays Europe is that arena – a place where representatives from public service and commercial radio can meet, discuss, network, find inspiration or perhaps even get provoked. The ultimate aim is to make better radio for the listeners.
Who should attend?
RADIODAYS EUROPE is the most important radio conference in Europe, bringing together private and public service broadcasters from all over the continent.
RADIODAYS EUROPE presents development opportunities for broadcasters and strategic insights. What´s next in programming and formats, audience behaviour, digital platforms and business models?
RADIODAYS EUROPE is the conference for everyone dedicated to the innovation of radio, including private and public service radio managers, programme directors and content developers, interactive managers and professionals in marketing, sales and audience research working in radio and radiorelated industries.
Because we love radio!

We will be transparent in the planning and create a dialogue with delegates before, during and after Radiodays Europe. The program will be a good mix of unique “takeaway learning” and forward-thinking theory. It will provide ideas and input that the participants can implement directly or use in the 12-18 months following the conference as well as in the long run. The content and the speakers will be entertaining yet extremely serious. We will present speakers from other sectors and industries from which radio can learn.
Radio – as a medium – is facing serious challenges right now but also in the long run. It is essential that people from commercial and public service radio sit down and discuss how to meet these challenges. How can we strengthen the position of radio in an increasingly fragmented world? How do we get the young generation to make radio into their medium? How do we reach all radio listeners using new technology? How do we develop smart radio content in order to increase listening and – for the commercial sector – revenues?
The Vision is:
- to create the radio industry event of the year
- to have the best conference program rooted in the European radio industry
- to have the best possible international speakers
- to build bridges between public service and commercial radio in Europe
- to bring radio broadcasters from all over Europe together to discuss common challenges
- to produce the best and most affordable radio conference in Europe

Radiodays Europe will tap into the experience from more than 10 successful Radiodays in Denmark, 7 in Norway and 3 in Sweden.
