The Youth Fund
The Youth Fund is a Special Project run by Radiodays Europe to support new entrants to the Radio, Audio & Podcasting Industry
It’s focused on young people aged 18 – 25 to develop their skills and interest and strengthen the future of the industry
Participation provides a bespoke experience for young people with specially created training and networking sessions for them.
The Youth Fund is an amazing opportunity for stations, businesses and groups to bring junior members of staff that would
otherwise not be able to attend.
Last years participants came to Radiodays Europe in Munich and had this feedback about the programme:

Included in the programme for participants in the Youth Fund:
• Online meetings prior to conference attendance
• A special programme of networking and training across 3 days
• Opportunities to meet speakers and key industry representatives during the conference
• Attendance at Summits (Sunday)
• Attendance for both Monday and Tuesday main conference programme
• Attendance at all Social events

Further information
You must be between the ages of 18-25 years to apply for the Youth Fund. You must be able to attend all three days of the event. This is not a competition though we do have to limited spaces which are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
It’s very easy to get involved but be aware, we only have a limited number of places on this programme.
We will have a panel of industry experts to assess the applications and we will hold a short meeting with you online before we make any decisions.
