The Youth Fund
‘The Radiodays Europe Youth Fund’ is a response to the need felt by industry all over Europe – to encourage new, diverse talent to enter the radio, audio and podcasting world.
This project is designed to encourage new, emerging and diverse talent from across Europe to engage with the Audio, Radio & Podcasting Industry as a career option. It will take place during the main conference which will be held in Munich in March 17-19 2024.
We know that our industry relies on the talent, enthusiasm and energy of the next generation and because of this fund, for three days young people from all over Europe will come together to explore, discuss and be inspired by the innovations in radio, audio and podcasting.
Our aim with this fund is to bring together a group of young people (ages 18-25) from across Europe to attend Radiodays Europe 2024 for specially curated training opportunities, networking, introduction to industry contacts as well as attending the main conference event.
By engaging with this fund you will be helping to:

- Provide audio training and development opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds in a professional conference setting

- Contribute to the health of the sector by supporting emerging and new talent across Europe

- Act as a flagship project for collaboration and partnership between public service and commercial broadcasters

Further information
You must be between the ages of 18-25 years to apply for the Youth Fund. You must be able to attend all three days of the event. This is not a competition though we do have to limited spaces which are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Programme
10.00 – Introduction to Group, Overview of schedule and networking session on careers in Audio, Radio and Podcasting Industry.
12.00 – Choice of 4 summits (Sales, AI, Podcasting & Youth).
16.00 – Fast and Curious Networking event with Industry Leaders from Audio, Radio and Podcasting.
17.00 – Attend Radiodays Europe Social Event – free to Youth Fund and conference delegates.
08.00 – Pre conference meet up and discussion session on Key Summit topics.
09.00 – Conference Opening – attendance at conference event.
13.00 – Lunch & Meet the Experts session – Meet experts from Audio, Radio & Podcast Industry up close and personal and get key career advice.
17.30 – 6pm – Group Session – Debrief and learnings from conference.
19.00 – Monday Radio Night
08.00 – Net-walk. Talk an early warning walk around Munich and grab the opportunity to network and take part in the discussion around.
09.00 – Conference Starts.
13.00 – Meet-up and Interview with Radiodays Europe TV.
15.00 – Final debrief and contact exchange.
