Tobias Nielsen has over 30 years of senior leadership experience in the European media industry, specializing in radio, audio, music, entertainment, and digital media. Throughout their career, Tobias has: Established Denmark’s most profitable commercial radio stations, built the country’s largest commercial podcast business (by audience and revenue), launched a Nordic Music TV network, Created Europe’s first radio subscription service within Bauer Media’s portfolio. As Senior Vice President of Digital at Bauer Media Audio, Tobias leads digital transformation initiatives across nine European markets, overseeing audio and radio content, product development, distribution, and digital marketing. These efforts reach a weekly audience of 63 million listeners. Tobias serves on the Executive Leadership Team at Bauer Media Group, the Audio Leadership Team at Bauer Media Audio, and the Board of Directors at Bauer Media Denmark. Tobias is also a board member at Radioplayer World Wide. He is a founding member of the international coalition and campaign Radio Ready, Tobias works with industry colleagues to secure radio distribution in connected cars.
