Ben is the CEO of Cold Glass Productions, a company he launched with three friends in April 2025. All four founders share a sense of bonhomie and conviviality and previously worked together at S:E Creative Studio. Ben has held senior positions within the advertising, broadcasting, and production sectors. Previously, he was a Director at the production company Somethin’Else, which was acquired by Sony Music Entertainment in 2021. From the acquisition came the strategic and creative shop S:E Creative Studio, of which he was Managing Director. Now at Cold Glass, he works with IP holders like the BBC and BPI (Brit Awards and Mercury Prize) to create original content and marketing campaigns that build audiences around flagship shows. Dish from Waitrose, started with SE:Creative Studio and is now a Cold Glass Production. It is presented by Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett. Dish content enjoys over 10 million views every week and is now one of the UK’s biggest chat (and food) shows. Cold Glass Productions is now working in partnership with several well-known broadcast celebrities on a schedule of new releases that use the company’s mix of marketing and editorial skills to launch original formats that build community around shared passions.
