Nik Goodman kickstarted his radio journey alongside iconic record producer Pete Waterman at Radio City in Liverpool. Armed with a Radio Production degree, he then returned to Radio City as a producer, quickly ascending to host his own show. His career went on to span some of the UK’s most iconic stations. He produced the flagship Breakfast Show at Kiss 100 in London, set the musical direction as Head of Music at Virgin Radio, relaunched Radio Forth in Edinburgh as Programme Director, and later led one of the country’s biggest brands as Programme Director at Capital FM in London. Nik then launched his own consultancy, specialising in music strategy, radio programming, and audio content. He now works with market-leading radio stations, global media companies, and top talent across Europe and beyond. He also co-founded Bounce, a creative production company delivering music, sound, and content for clients including the BBC and Sky. Nik remains a passionate advocate for radio and the enduring power of audio.
