Martin is a radio veteran, an audio entrepreneur and a management sidekick specialising in organisational development, team management and leadership (inside and outside the audio world). Having served as Network PD for NRJ/ENERGY in Germany and Creative Director for bigFM, he's co-founder and CEO of podcast360 as well as his own consulting firm focussing on developing new leadership talent and on how teams work best. Apart from his base in the German-speaking markets, Martin has worked in Korea, France, Kirgistan, Ireland, South Africa, England and Ukraine, among others. Martin is a member of RDE's programme group since 2017.
