Nik Goodman is one of Europe's leading radio consultants, working with major broadcasters, media groups and on-air talent across Europe and beyond. Specialising in radio programming, music strategy, content development and talent coaching, he brings decades of experience at the forefront of commercial radio. Nik's career began alongside legendary record producer Pete Waterman at Radio City in Liverpool. After gaining a degree in Radio Production, he returned to Radio City as a producer before moving behind the microphone to present his own show. He went on to hold senior roles at some of the UK's most iconic radio brands. He produced the flagship Breakfast Show at London's Kiss 100, shaped the sound of Virgin Radio as Head of Music, led the relaunch of Edinburgh's Radio Forth as Programme Director, and later became Programme Director of Capital FM in London, one of the UK's biggest and most influential commercial radio stations. Building on this experience, Nik established his own international consultancy, helping radio stations and broadcasters develop stronger brands, create compelling content and build successful shows and personalities. His work combines a deep understanding of audiences with practical, creative approaches to making great radio. Nik also co-founded Bounce, a creative production company producing music, sound and content for clients including the BBC and Sky. A passionate advocate for radio, he continues to champion the power of great audio to entertain, engage and connect with audiences.
