    Chief Revenue Officer, FlightStory

    Christiana Brenton is a commercial strategist and media executive with over a decade of experience scaling revenue and partnerships across the APAC, European, and US markets. Currently the Chief Revenue Officer of FlightStory - a global media and investment company founded by Steven Bartlett - Christiana also co-founded FlightStory Studio, where she leads the global monetisation strategy across IP, brand partnerships, subscriptions, newsletters, global speaking and live experiences, product and ventures, publishing and indirect revenues. She began her career at Australia's Nova Entertainment, where she was named one of B&T’s 30 Under 30 for her early leadership in media partnerships. In 2019, she joined global podcast platform Acast during its IPO era, helping scale its commercial success across the UK and global markets. In 2022, Christiana relocated to New York to co-lead Acast’s US transformation, rebuilding its commercial function and relaunching its local market positioning. After returning to London, she co-founded Telling Media, Europe’s first female-founded podcast media agency, before partnering with Steven Bartlett to launch FlightStory Studio - a creative and technology engine behind some of the world’s fastest-growing podcast IPs including The Diary Of A CEO, which now ranks as the second-largest interview format globally.
