Des Paul is a radio presenter at Bauer Media and the Executive Producer at The Content Works, an independent production company making video and audio content for brands and businesses. Radio was where it all began for Des, presenting for 10 years at the world-famous Capital Radio before hanging up the headphones and moving to MTV to head up the music programming team. The next stop was to Ministry of Sound where he ran the radio and television operations for this iconic brand as well as playing DJ residencies across the globe. In 2012 he launched The Content Works to create high-quality branded content. Since then, he’s been lucky enough to travel all over the world producing videos and podcast content for a range of clients. Radio has never been far away and in 2019, Bauer Media persuaded Des to put the headphones back on and join Greatest Hits Radio. Nearly 30 years working in and around radio has taught Des a huge amount about content and how to make it work for audiences, whatever the format and he’s been fortunate to win a few awards along the way.
