Nawal Hadrami is a strategic advisor and co-founder of Calliopé, a French agency dedicated to turning branded podcasts into fully-orchestrated marketing devices. After launching her first entrepreneurial venture in San Francisco between 2011 and 2013, she went on to lead the Strategy Council and planning department at agency Marquetis, where she spent more than six years guiding major brands on digital strategy, awareness building and acquisition. In 2019, convinced that podcasting is both the present and the future of brand communication, Nawal co-founded Calliopé. Today, she leverages nearly 15 years of experience to help clients build robust digital content platforms, design multichannel activation ecosystems and engineer lasting audience relationships. At Calliopé, she oversees strategic consulting, directs business development and works closely with clients to craft bespoke editorial identities, distribution plans and repurposing strategies for audio and audio-visual formats. Nawal is a strong advocate of the “thinking-orchestrating-activating-piloting” (POAP) approach: she believes that a podcast is only the start of a larger branded communication device, and that true performance lies in orchestration across channels and maximal reuse of assets.
