Robert Förster is Chief Operating Officer and shareholder of the AI company Radiozeit, based in Potsdam, Germany. Radiozeit develops AI-powered technologies for the transcription, translation and analysis of radio, TV and podcast content. The platform enables broadcasters, media companies and regulators to analyse live audio streams in real time and gain data-driven insights into content, advertising and programme structures. At Radiozeit, Förster is responsible for product development, international partnerships and business development. Together with CEO Kristian Müller he drives the international expansion of the company and the development of solutions in the fields of accessibility, media monitoring and AI-based programme analytics. Before joining Radiozeit, Förster spent more than twenty years working in the media and radio industry. His career includes the launch of TOGGO Radio at RTL Deutschland as well as consulting work for media companies undergoing transformation from traditional broadcasting towards digital and platform-driven media ecosystems. In his talks and workshops, he focuses on how artificial intelligence can make audio content accessible, searchable and strategically measurable. His work connects technological innovation with practical applications for broadcasters, newsrooms and media organisations.
