Sachin Johal is an artist manager and A&R at Big Family Music, a transatlantic record, publishing, and management company built to support artists and songwriters with a global, long-term vision. With a reputation for sharp creative instincts and calm, consistent leadership, Sachin plays a key role across both the management and A&R sides of the business, helping shape careers from early development through to major releases. At Big Family, Sachin is the manager and A&R for Master Peace, guiding the project’s creative direction, team-building, and overall strategy. He also serves as A&R for Hope Tala, Ruti, and Scarlett Thomas, while continuing to work closely across the company’s European-based publishing roster, supporting songwriting collaborations, signings, and wider creative opportunities. Before Big Family, Sachin built a strong foundation working alongside Ben Parmar across PMR Records, EMI, and now their newest chapter together at Big Family.
