With a career spanning two decades in the music industry, I have built a strong reputation for combining creative vision with strategic expertise. I began my professional journey in 2005 at Universal Music, where I worked as a promo manager. Driven by a passion for music curation, I later transitioned to MNM, a hitradio station, where I worked as a music programmer. There, I refined my ability to identify trends, shape playlists, and connect with listeners through carefully crafted music selections. Building on this expertise, I returned to Universal Music to take on a leadership role as Head of Catalogue and Compilations. In this position, I oversaw the development and marketing of extensive music catalogues, creating successful compilation projects. Since 2022, I have been working as the Head of Music at JOE, where I am responsible for the station’s musical identity and overall programming strategy. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to innovation, collaboration, and a deep love for music in all its forms.
