Anisha Ratan is the Audience Research Manager for the youth music portfolio at the BBC, bringing with her a wealth of research experience gained from previous roles in speech audio, news and BBC Sounds. She has a particular interest in understanding how young audiences choose and consume audio content in an ever-evolving digital market and works closely with teams at BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and Asian Network to inform editorial and strategic decision making with this audience front of mind. She is looking forward to her first Radiodays Europe conference!
