Rebecca Frank leads the content vision, strategy and team for KISS, the national multi-media entertainment brand network which includes KISS, KISSTORY and KISS Fresh radio stations, plus streamed extensions including KISS Dance, KISS Garage & KISS Bliss.
Rebecca previously held positions as Editor and Head of Production for BBC Radio 1, Radio 1Xtra, and for BBC Asian Network. She led a 100 strong team through the BBC commissioning change period and was part of the launch team at BBC 1Xtra, producing some ground-breaking content and uncovering fresh talent and music alongside several social action projects.
Rebecca went on to act as consultant for non-profit Project Everyone and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on projects spanning the UK, USA and South Africa. Before being at KISS, she was Head of Development for MediaWorks, New Zealand’s largest commercial media company. Rebecca created content, commercial and marketing strategies across Mediaworks’ radio brands, as well as delivering a new digital and podcast plan for the business.
