Nik Goodman kickstarted his radio journey alongside iconic producer Pete Waterman at Radio City in Liverpool in the late ’80s. Armed with a Radio Production degree, he returned to Radio City as a producer, quickly ascending to host his own show.
Progressing from presenter to programmer, Nik became the Executive Producer for the Breakfast Show at Kiss 100 in London, rocked as the Head of Music for Virgin Radio, steered the ship as Programme Director at Radio Forth in Edinburgh, and then took the helm at the globally renowned Capital FM in London.
Nik went on to launch a consultancy, specialising in music, programming, and audio content, collaborating with top-tier radio stations and media giants across Europe and beyond.
In addition, he co-founded ‘Bounce,’ a cutting-edge production company crafting music, sound, and content for heavyweight clients, including the likes of BBC and Sky. Nik continues to be a passionate advocate of radio and the power of audio.
