Clara Mai Kunstmann joined r8Dio in the summer of 2023 as the CEO with a mission to ambitiously develop and drive further growth. Clara Mai has an extensive background in the media industry. She started at the magazine Chili in 1995, later worked as a planner at DR B&U, and served as the editor-in-chief at Bazar. Since the mid-2000s, she shifted her focus to the technological and business development of digital services, primarily in streaming, and has held positions such as Head of Development at YouSee, TDC, and TV 2, and most recently as CPO at Clio.

Scott Mills hosts the afternoon show on the UK’s biggest radio station – BBC Radio 2. Prior to that he spent 24 years at BBC Radio 1 where he hosted The Scott Mills Show as well as the Official Chart every Friday. He was also on BBC Radio 5 Live with Chris Stark every Saturday morning.

He has fronted a range of podcasts from the hugely successful Official Strictly Come Dancing Podcast to his latest offering, where he’s teamed up with fellow Radio 2 host Rylan Clarke to launch Scott & Rylan’s Pop Top 10 which sees them debate a different music theme each week alongside a special guest before making their own top 10 ranking.

Scott’s love of pop music has led him host the Eurovision semi-finals for BBC TV and he appeared as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, the UK’s biggest TV show!  Plus Scott and his husband Sam have just won Celebrity Race Across the World!

Jenna Weiss-Berman is Executive Vice President of Podcasts at Audacy, which bought her company, Pineapple Street Studios, in 2019. Pineapple is known for such podcasts as Missing Richard Simmons, Still Processing, Wind of Change, The Clearing, Welcome to Your Fantasy, 9/12, and the Catch and Kill Podcast with Ronan Farrow. Before starting Pineapple Street, Jenna worked in public radio for a decade, and started the podcast department at BuzzFeed. She currently sits on the advisory board of The Moth.

Dennis Clark is Vice President of Talent Development for America’s biggest radio company, iHeartMedia.

He started his radio career at KIIS FM Los Angeles in 1986 as a Staff Producer for “Rick Dees in the Morning” and “Rick Dees’ Weekly Top 40.” In 1995, he joined The Research Group where he became a Strategic Research Consultant based in Europe.

Clark returned to KIIS FM Los Angeles in 2005 as Executive Producer for the “On Air With Ryan Seacrest,” morning show, which in 2008 became a nationally syndicated daily radio show that airs in the U.S. and internationally.

Dennis’ role as Vice President of Talent Development is to nurture the most talented radio people in the industry and he continues to work directly with key radio personalities such as Elvis Duran and Ryan Seacrest.
