Edita Kudláčová is the Head of Radio at the EBU.
She works with public service radio, as well as the wider radio and podcast industry, on advocacy for radio, especially focusing on distribution via connected screens and dashboard. With the relevant international committees and professional groups, she has been developing work around live radio, relation of radio and podcasting, providing space to share, network and learn for senior audio makers and radio creatives, and also looking at innovation happening in the radio world today. She is a big fan of both live radio as well as podcasts and truly believes in the healthy symbiosis and bright future of both.

Tony Pastor is the co-founder of Goalhanger, the UK’s leading independent podcast production company. The Goalhanger slate features several of the UK’s biggest podcasts, including The Rest is Politics, The Rest is History and Football. Before founding the podcast division at Goalhanger, Tony was a television producer, starting out at the BBC before joining ITV where he went on to manage the sports production department. Tony left ITV in 2013 to set up Goalhanger with Gary Lineker. The company began by specialising in sports documentary-making before branching out into podcasting in 2019.

Mads has worked in creative development within TV, radio, and podcasting for the past 15 years. As CCO at the podcast company Beam Audio Agency, he has developed more than 70 concepts for public service channels and commercial partners.

Cathinka Rondan worked for sixteen years in the radio department of NRK specialising in youth and culture radio content before starting up podcast and radio production for several media platforms at the production company Rubicon. In the fall of 2019 she became the Head of audio at NRK where you find all of NRK’s audio offering, live and on demand, which has increased by 20% each year since 2021. Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation is Norways public broadcaster and consists of 13 DAB+ radio channels, a broad podcast portfolio, three main TV channels and a wide service on the Internet and mobile phone.
