Carla Herbertson has worked in children’s audio for over 20 years, 10 of which as a BBC producer across a variety of children’s output, including CBeebies, and travelled the world working with international publishers as Head of International Audio Content for a global distributor. In 2022 Carla co-founded Small Wardour, a children’s audio consultancy and production company which fulfils the need for audio experts within children’s media and publishing; they offer bespoke children’s audiobook and podcast strategy consulting for brands and publishers looking to develop, grow, launch, promote or monetise their children’s audio content. Small Wardour also produce their own award-winning podcasts.

Rosie Kendrick has been creating audio content for over 2 decades, including presenting a national late-night programme in the UK and co-presenting a London breakfast show. Recently, she’s worked with a children’s audio brand. Part of the relaunch team for Jazz FM, she then served as Head of Programmes and Content, leading the station to its highest listening figures.
As the founder of Prolark Media, Rosie has helped grow the business while delivering various projects. She has also supported several brands in developing communication strategies and overseeing their output. Passionate about fostering diverse teams, Rosie serves on the board of DIIC and programs the Radiodays Inclusive Summit.
Since 2010 Konstantinos Fotopoulos has been the CEO of three radio stations of Audiomax Inv. S.A. (Talk Radio 98,9, DIESI 101,3 and DROMOS 89,8) and since February 2023 he has been President of Directors of the Association of Private Radio Stations Owners of Attica.
Previously he was the President and CEO of the Real Estate Company of the State SA, General Manager at Civitas SA as well as a senior executive in key positions of companies like Alpha Copy, Paxos, Philips Hellas.
