Paul Robinson, CEO of Creative Media Partners Ltd is an international media Exec with extensive radio, television and digital experience, having successfully held senior Executive positions at the BBC, The Walt Disney Company, and NBC Universal.
Paul was Managing Editor of BBC Radio 1 responsible for all programming and music and Head of Strategy for Radios 1, 2, 3 4 and 5 Live pioneering the BBC’s future digital services. He has also been CEO of national commercial station Talk Radio and CEO of the Radio Academy. He has a BSc Hons and MBA from Cambridge, Manchester and Bradford Universities and has won numerous awards include Baftas, Emmys and Sonys and is a regular contributor to conferences, podcasts and TV and radio. He is Chair of the Board of East London Radio and a Presenter on Boom Radio and Boom Rock in the UK.

Alice Sandelson is a Partner and Commercial Strategy Director for Audio at Tortoise, responsible for the business model, growth and revenue of Tortoise’s podcasts. Before Tortoise, Alice was Head of Strategic Partnerships at Founders Factory, a start-up accelerator and venture studio, prior to that she was part of WPP’s transformation team, delivering growth for WPP’s global client teams through innovation and business development.

Remi is Editorial manager for podcasts produced in Central Norway for NRK, focusing on podcast development and storytelling. He has worked on many of their most successful titles, including Kongerekka, Bibelen, Mysterier fra Norge, Spør for en venn, and Heia Fotball. Remi is also a member of the Radio Days Europe programme group.

Isabella Hindkjær is Head of DR P3 Radio & Podcast at the Danish Broacasting Corporation. As a media leader she has extensive experience working with young audiences and digital media. Before joining DR she has held positions such as Editor-in-Chief of VICE Nordic, Creative Director of Zetland as well as Editorial Director of several Danish magazines including ELLE Magazine Denmark.
