Iram has worked as a journalist for more than a decade (12 years) she now runs the talenprogram NRK FleRe which recruits people with multicultural competence and train them to become journalists. She will be bringing her experience of working with a diverse range of people within this programme. Iram will be bringing a top ten of things we can do as journalists and creators to make our sources and therefore our content more relevant to a diverse audience.
