Announcing Andrew Davies, Digital and Audio Content Development, ABC RN and Audio Studios

Andrew Davies leads one of the ABC’s digital teams. ABC RN is the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s specialist talks and features network. Audio Studios is the ABC’s specialist podcast production team. He helps drives audio and digital content strategy, is actively involved in commissioning, helps develop new shows and initiatives, and implements strategies to build reach and engagement for audio and genre-based content across digital platforms. Andrew also is very focused on relationships with podcast teams across the international public media sector to share skills, knowledge and seek out co-production opportunities.

Andrew has been at the ABC for 20 years and was a long-time audio producer working across a range of specialist shows. For the last five years, his roles have focused on podcasts, digital content, strategy and audio innovation projects. He’s received a UN Association of Australia Media Peace Award for his audio work.
