With more than 1,500 participants attending Radiodays Europe it’s the perfect time to put your product or service into the exhibition. The exhibition is open on all three days of Radiodays Europe from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday when we close. The exhibition area is at the heart of the conference, situated in and around the catering buffets to ensure maximum traffic of delegates during the networking breaks between conference sessions.
There are two types of exhibition packages available the ‘Free build stand package’ and the ‘Shell scheme package’. With the Free build we provide the floor space while you create your individually designed exhibition stand in a minimum area of 4 sqm. You are free to work with your individual stand builder, and/or with the official RDE stand builder, order elements and furniture from their list and/or bring your own stand elements and furniture etc. With a Shell scheme we provide walls, carpet and lighting to make an off-the-shelf environment requiring minimal decoration and expense. Shell schemes come at a minimum size of 6 sqm or in standard sizes of 6 / 9 / 12 / 16 sqm or more.
With both Free or Shell scheme packages your company also receives prominent placement in Radiodays Europe communication material both online and in the printed programme. You also receive a number of exhibition passes for your staff, the number dependent on the size of your stand and as an extra an insert in the conference bag, it is also possible to buy a licence and rent a badge scanner to ensure you capture all of the important leads and contacts made at Radiodays Europe 2018.
