Alexander Zeitelhack is an entrepreneur, consultant, trainer, coach.
Experienced specialist for visionary thinking and innovative concepts, change facilitator and interim manager for SMEs and a trainer and strategist for media companies (radio, TV and print) as well as associations in the areas of strategy, marketing and sales. In addition, he is a speaker and moderator (Medientage München, TEDx, Lokalrundfunktage, DLM, Victress Award, etc.).
After a humanistic education and a degree in economics in Nuremberg, he joined his father’s steel trading company as managing director, was actively involved in the development of the radio landscape in Germany and in this context was a founding partner of Antenne Bayern and managing director of Radio Charivari in Nuremberg. He later founded the company BCI Rundfunkberatung. With this company, he has successfully implemented media projects throughout Europe, from start-ups and reorganizations to cross-media projects, in Germany, Austria, Poland and 20 other countries around the world.
In particular, he and his team at ORF and Ö3 prepared the Austrian public broadcaster strategically and practically for competition with private broadcasting in a major change project, from the directorate to the presenters, over a period of five years.
