Kevin Nguyen, a 27-year-old podcast producer from Norway, holds degrees in both music production and journalism. He began his career as a journalist and has spent several years creating award-winning podcasts. Currently, he works with NRK Unormal, focusing primarily on Baksnakk—NRK’s most successful podcast for teenage girls. The podcast’s success stems from the team’s deep understanding of their audience’s interests.

Kevin is not only an expert in engaging the coveted youth demographic but also skilled in crafting targeted content for any audience to drive listenership and engagement.

Jason Brownlee is the founder of Colourtext, a UK-based audience research and consumer insights company established in 2009, with expertise in audio, advertising effectiveness, and big data analytics.

Jason began his career at Emap (now Bauer Media), where he led audience insights for major brands like Kiss 100, Magic FM, Kerrang!, and FHM. Over 27 years, he has collaborated with leading media companies such as the BBC, Disney, iHeart, Spotify, Sony, and Warner Music.

In 2008, he created Radiogauge for the UK’s Radiocentre, which became the global standard for radio advertising effectiveness. This was further enhanced in 2021 with Big Audio Datamine, a meta-analysis now powering Radiocentre’s award-winning Radio Planning Optimiser.

Maurine Mercier has been a senior reporter in Ukraine for RTS since the start of the large-scale Russian invasion in 2022. She is also a permanent correspondent on the ground for Radio France and RTBF. From 2016 to 2022, she was based in North Africa and covered conflicts in Libya for six years. A radio journalist and image reporter, Maurine Mercier is a two-time winner of the Bayeux Prize for war correspondents (2022, 2023), as well as Swiss Journalist of the Year 2023, Prix Dumur 2023, and the RPF Public Prize.

Before moving to Tunisia and Libya, and then to Ukraine, Maurine Mercier worked in the international section of RTS. A dual Swiss and Canadian national, she holds a degree in International Relations from HEI, Geneva.

Florent Latrive is the Deputy Director of News at Radio France, where he oversees digital strategy for the newsrooms and the integration of artificial intelligence in journalism.

Previously, he served as Digital Director at France Culture, Radio France’s cultural station. Prior to that, he spent 20 years at the French daily newspaper Libération, primarily focused on digital transformation in various roles.
