Niall Power is Head of Station Sound with Beat 102-103; Ireland’s first regional radio station. Beat is based in Waterford city and covers the five counties of the South East.
Aside from his managerial programming role in Beat, Niall has anchored the station’s flagship morning show, Beat Breakfast, for the last nineteen years. He has been the lead voice and on the operations team that has executed across numerous platforms, some of the world’s most exciting radio promotions including multi award winning “2 Strangers & A Wedding”, “The Fugitive”, “Runaway Bride” and the national award-winning “On The Run”.
Henriette is an entrepreneur and has been the CEO and co-founder of two start-ups, one of which was acquired by Podimo in 2021. Henriette has worked with media, content and subscription sales in magazines, video streaming, publishing and now podcasts in her company, Podster. Podster specialises in licensing and re-producing successful podcasts into new languages and markets. We ensure the highest level of quality through cultural understanding, marketing relevance and talent research. Podster is on-top of digital and AI development and utilizes any great tool without compromising the audio experience. Podster is born out of passion for people and amazing storytelling.
Ole-Birger NeergÄrd has worked as a Lead UX Designer at NRK Radio for 6 years. He has studied Interaction Design at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design as well as Music Technology at NTNU, and also works as a music producer in addition to his job at NRK.
Over the last 19 years Marlies has worked in broadcasting and media, building a career managing creative teams, and executing multi-platform content strategies.
As an Executive Producer she co-created 2 successful breakfast shows (including the current number 1 breakfast show in The Netherlands, Mattie & Marieke)
In her role as Head of Content she creates successful content through coaching, creativity, strategy and eye for detail. As a talent coach she works with personalities (talent) on and off air, and loves to create content that meets the needs of modern audiences.
Specialising in creating multi-platform content, she believes that integrating content (radio and social media) is the future of radio.
