Katerina Karavatou is a highly respected Greek television presenter with over 25 years of experience in radio, television, and the media industry. Her career has spanned a wide range of roles, beginning in journalism, film festivals and contributing to various magazines and newspapers. She also worked as an actress before transitioning to radio, where she began her career as a news broadcaster. Her versatility led her to launch her own show, and she later co-hosted the first structured morning show on Greek radio (Star Morning Show- Star Fm 97.1), alongside Cleopatra Patlaki and Dimitris Sarantos, marking a milestone in Greek radio history.
In television, Katerina is known for her dynamic hosting style, blending celebrity interviews, entertainment, and lifestyle content. For 21 consecutive years, she has hosted a variety of programs across different time slots, maintaining strong audience engagement. Her charisma, and ability to address both lighthearted and serious topics have made her one of Greece’s top media figures continuing to captivate viewers with her distinct presentation style.
Currently, she co-hosts “Proino sto Dromo – Dromos 89,8 Fm” with Christos Ferentinos and Yiannis Kordonis,.
Katerina holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature (Thessaloniki University), Studies in Theater (Thessaloniki) and European Studies (Limerick/Ireland), and a Master’s in Cultural Studies from the University of Warwick, UK.

Christos Papadas has dedicated over two decades to his passion for radio, beginning his journey in 1996. Christos started his radio career as a presenter and later moved up into the role of Music Director across various stations. Being a lifelong learner, his academic background includes studies in Business and Marketing.

His proudest accomplishment came as the Program Director of a prominent rock radio station in Athens, where he led the station to the top position in market ratings multiple times. Following this success, Christos was promoted to Group Operations Manager for one of Athens’ largest radio groups, where he continued to offer his skills and expertise.

Currently, he serves as General Manager of the Music Radios at SKAI group, the No. 1 radio group in Greece, leading three stations: Menta 88 a Greek art folk AC station that consistently achieves top ratings, alongside Pepper 96.6 an alternative AC station, and Happy 104 a newly launched classic hits station. Under his management, Happy 104 has experienced significant growth, achieving a 4% rating percentage and earning recognition as one of the most notable radio climbs in recent memory.

Christos remains committed to driving success in the radio industry, always striving for excellence across the board.

Ruth de Jager has 20 years experience in (subscriptional) entertainment content. For brands as Universal, Paramount, HBO, Vodafone Ziggo and Storytel she has been responsible for different aspects of entertainment content, in the area’s of marketing, content creation, sales and talent development.

Gill joined Enders Analysis as Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Enders Analysis is the UK’s leading independent TMT research firm with a programme covering the major commercial, regulatory and strategic issues in broadcasting, video, mobile and fixed line telecoms, the Internet, as well as major content businesses such as music, publishing and advertising.
Gill is director of the broadcasting practice within Enders, publishing reports for its corporate clients containing comprehensive coverage of the television, video and audio landscapes. Prior to Enders Analysis, Gill was Operations Director at Freeview, the UK’s largest TV platform.
Before joining Freeview in 2010, Gill spent over 15 years working in commercial radio in the UK, moving to Channel 4Radio from GCap Media (now Global), where she was Director of M+A. Gill joined Capital Radio in 1993, holding various strategy and business development roles, and was responsible for media regulation and competition issues during the merger with GWR to become GCap Media.
