Thomas is all about radio! With over 33 years of experience, he’s focused on audio branding and format flow, helping you connect your brand to your audience. Starting his radio adventure in 1992 with his first show, he has gained valuable experience working with national public broadcasters in the Netherlands and has also been sharing his knowledge as a media journalist. Since 2007, he’s been with PURE Jingles, building connections and advising clients around the globe. He enjoys discussing your brand and your ambitions!

Julia Minner is a learning designer, trainer and project manager at DW Akademie. Julia has had the lead in developing DW Akademie’s new podcast training curricula and implemented podcast trainings in Kenya, Namibia and Ghana. She is passionate about podcasting and takes great pleasure in inspiring others for this medium, developing new and original formats and coaching podcast productions.

With nearly 30 years in radio, Niels Hoogland has done it all—DJ, producer, voiceover artist, music director, and program director—across both commercial (Radio 538, Veronica, Radio 10) and public (FunX) stations. His expertise spans audio programming, management, and marketing, always with a focus on blending creativity with data-driven strategy.
Passionate about bridging the gap between talent and audience, Niels helps broadcasters craft deeper connections and greater success by combining the art of storytelling with the science of research.

Dr. Sofia Theodosiadou is Assistant Professor in the field of Media and Childhood at the School of Early Childhood Education, Faculty of Education at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). She has also been working as a radio and magazine journalist in Athens and Thessaloniki. She has been a full trainee at the BBC World Service, London, UK as an EU scholar. Her research interests lie in the field of audio storytelling, children and audio media, media literacy and music radio.
