Hanneke van Rozendaal is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the media industry, specializing in connecting advertisers with impactful audio solutions. With a deep understanding of both media buying and sales, Hanneke brings a well-rounded perspective to maximizing the value of audio advertising for brands and businesses.

Having worked on both sides of the table, Hanneke expertly crafts tailored strategies that drive results across traditional radio, digital audio, and emerging formats. Passionate about the evolving audio landscape, Hanneke plays a key role in reshaping BNR’s news distribution in the digital age, helping advertisers grow alongside these exciting transformations.

Jason has been a pivotal figure in UK broadcasting, founding and managing national, regional, and local radio stations. His career spans executive roles in TV, radio, and digital. Starting in journalism at the BBC, he became Programme Director at Talk Radio, launch MD at talkSPORT, and Director of Strategy at Wireless Group and Virgin Radio. Jason witnessed the birth of DAB in the UK, overseeing founding stations on the first National DAB multiplex and securing multiple local DAB licences. As CEO of TLRC plc, he turned the company profitable. In 2001, he founded Nation Broadcasting, now the UK’s largest independent radio company, with over 1.23 million weekly listeners.

Tom Van der Biest has always been fascinated by both radio and the music that comes out of the speakers. As a classically trained pianist, he is a big believer in the power of music and its unrivalled ability to tell a story in just a few notes. After starting his career as a journalist and reporter at 4fm (now JOE) and VRT Radio 2, he found his calling at the Brussels-based consultancy and production agency BRANDY.

For nearly two decades, Tom and his team have been playing a pivotal role in shaping the sonic identities of numerous radio stations and brands. From crafting jingles, promos & imaging for internationally renowned hit radio brands like Qmusic to working with a symphonic orchestra for classical stations such as Musiq3, and just about every format in between.

In his role as Creative Director, he oversees all creative work at BRANDY. He is responsible for the company’s sonic branding for radio and television and its commercial projects. In the last few years, he has increasingly shifted his attention to consulting and coaching – aiming to share his expertise while always seeking to learn and to grow in his craft.
