Being in love with radio almost his whole life, Kim Beyns joined NGroup (Nostalgie, Nostalgie+, NRJ, Chérie and NRJ Hits TV) in 2012, initially as a Marketing Director, before being appointed COO in 2019.
Before joining NGroup, he spent almost a decade working as a Head of the Creative Radio department at the RTL Group.
Kim is an experienced radio marketer with a demonstrated track record in the broadcast media industry.
He knows what truly drives conversions and how to leverage marketing techniques through extensive audience analysis, sales strategy and marketing management.
Among his list of accomplishments, Kim won a Golden Effie award in 2015 and was named Belgian Marketing & Sales Personality of the Year 2019.
In addition to his extensive experience in radio, Kim also ran an urban radio station in Brussels from 1995 until 2005 and led his own urban radio production studio from 2005 until 2016.
