Marika Louise Hakesberg is producer for music in DR Youth. (Danish Broadcasting Corporation). She has in the last 12 years been involved in all strategic developments regarding the younger demographics in DR. (Music TV, music talent initiative, Youth channel P3, P6 beat station, TV Youth channel DR3, Festivals, Events, program development, editorial management, organizational development). Marika has moreover been involved in the strategic gathering and involvement of youth in the development of programming in DR.
In the last 2 years Marika has worked on implementing the “Youth wheel” insights from DR Audience Research into DR. How to publish the right content on the right platform at the right time. Marika is platform specialist on radio, but has during the last two years worked on and implemented the idea of a “user first – platform second” perspective into the organization of DR.
Last but not least Marika has for many years worked with talent development in DR. Finding and developing young talent hosts and producers for Radio and TV. At the moment she is working on a new vison for DR’s music-offer towards the younger demographics – in new ways and on different platforms.
Before DR Marika worked for MTV as a producer – again with a focus on the younger demographics.
