Stephanie Kuo is the Project Manager for Project Catapult, a PRX initiative that trains public radio stations to make podcasts as a way of reaching new audiences. She is an award-winning public radio reporter, from Dallas, Texas, where she covered poverty, homelessness and urban development for several years. Stephanie also produces and hosts Racist Sandwich, a James Beard-nominated podcast that explores the intersection of food, race, class and gender. She studied journalism at the University of Texas at Austin and the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
