Speaker Spotlight: Nik Goodman
Nik Goodman’s career is a masterclass in modern radio. He began his journey at Radio City in Liverpool, working alongside legendary producer Pete Waterman, before returning to the station as a producer and quickly stepping behind the microphone to host his own show.
From there, Nik went on to shape some of the UK’s most iconic radio brands. His career includes producing the Kiss 100 Breakfast Show in London, setting musical direction as Head of Music at Virgin Radio, relaunching Radio Forth in Edinburghas Programme Director, and later leading one of the country’s biggest stations as Programme Director at Capital FM in London.
Today, Nik runs his own consultancy, advising market-leading radio stations, global media companies, and top talent across Europe on music strategy, radio programming, and audio content. He is also the co-founder of Bounce, a creative production company delivering music, sound, and content for major clients including the BBC and Sky.
Alongside his industry work, Nik plays a key role at Radiodays Europe as part of the Programme Group, helping shape the conference content and booking some of the biggest and most influential names to appear on the Radiodays stage. A passionate advocate for radio, Nik continues to champion the enduring power of audio – both as a speaker and behind the scenes.
