Trailblazers is Coming to Radiodays Europe

Earlier this year, we launched Radiodays Asia x Trailblazers – celebrating the women making a difference across radio, podcasting and audio.

And what a response we had.

From the next generation of talent to women who have spent years changing our industry, Trailblazers gave us the opportunity to recognise their work, hear their stories and bring people together.

So in 2027, Trailblazers is coming to Radiodays Europe.

At RDE27 in Palma, we’ll be celebrating women from across the European radio, podcasting and audio industry – the people leading change, opening doors, creating opportunities and inspiring the next generation.

And we’ll be asking you to help us find them.

In the New Year, we’ll open nominations and invite the Radiodays Europe community to tell us about the women they believe deserve to be recognised.

Maybe it’s someone everyone in the industry knows.

Maybe it’s someone whose work happens behind the scenes.

Maybe it’s an emerging talent already making an impact.
