Welcome to the sponsors information page where you can find all the information you need as a Sponsor & Exhibitor for Radiodays Europe 2024.

Step 1: Communication Announcement
Logos
Please ensure you have sent your logos to sales@radiodayseurope.com please ensure we have both your square and rectangle logos in either ai or jpeg format.
Company bio & Contact
Please send to us you company bio 300 word and a contact for the website page.
Step 2: Register all staff
If your contract includes Full Event Passes (3 day) and Conference Passes (2 Day) please make sure to register all staff before 15th February 2024.

Step 3: Book Extras for your Stand (Exhibitors Only)
As an Exhibitor if you need to book additional service you can do this by contacting the venue: Barbara Wentz, you can:
- Choose your carpet colour (Pod Stands cannot do this)
- Book Furniture
- Book Electrical connections (Not included in Space Only Stands)
- Upgrade your internet (all stands have public Wifi available)
- Book Catering to the stand
- Cleaning Services (Not included in Space Only Stands)
- Stand Security (Not included for RDE Stands & Space Only Stands)
- Book stand flowers
- Book Stand AV including TV monitors

*Please note there is no stand cleaning or security included in any contract
**Event wifi is provided for all exhibitors anything over this must be booked direct with the venue

Step 4: Track 4 Speakers
There is a hard deadline for all sessions to be confirmed this year: 15th January 2024.
All PPTs must be sent to the speaker ready centre TWO weeks before the event: It is not possible to change the set up of technical during the day, please do not miss this deadline! PPT deadline: Friday 1 March 2024
Session Check List:
- Session Title: (Make it catchy so people want to attend)
- Session Description: (No more than 100 words)
- Speakers Pics & Bios: Picture 300dpi + Bio 100 words
- Speakers email: This allows all speakers to update their information online
Please contact the Track 4 Producer for more information on arrival, staging etc.
Step 5: Need more in your sponsorship package
You can go into your Google order form any time and update the information in this form if you need to add to your package you can do that here. Any problem contact sales@radiodayseurope.com

Step 7: Build Up & Break Down Times
Access to the venue is only possible from 7.00am on Sunday 17 March 2024
Build Up & Break Down:
Build Up: Sunday: 07.00 – 12.00
Breakdown: Tuesday: 16.00 – 22.00
*Fire safety regulations require that you do not start breaking down your stand early this year.
Exhibition Opening times:
Sunday: 12.30 – 17.30
Monday: 08.00 – 18.00
Tuesday: 08.00 – 16.00
YOU CANNOT START BREAKDOWN UNTIL THE CONFERENCE HAS ENDED AND DELEGATES HAVE LEFT THE BUILDING 16.30 IS THE EARLIEST TIME YOU MAY START BREAKDOWN
*All Space Only Stands must arrange for transport of stands to the venue, construction of stands and disposal of stands.
Deadline Reminder:
Exhibition Stand Booking deadlines: 5th February 2024 final date for booking and submitting artwork for stands.
Price Increase deadlines: This year booking deadlines apply after which time there will be an increase in the price of all Exhibition & Sponsorship options, deadlines are: 15th November, 15th December 2023, 15th January 2024.
