Our industry needs to prepare for the future, continue to be innovative and appeal to all audiences.
One of the ways we have been improving is by making sure Radiodays Europe has a clear path towards being more diverse and inclusive and by brining the industry together to share best practice.
This is why we have decided to organise a call in December to talk about inclusivity and diversity in the lead up to Radiodays Europe 2024. If you are the Diversity Officer in your organisation (or similar), or are interested in how to make your team or content more innovative, then you should attend. An agenda for the call will be sent out in a few weeks.
