As editorial lead on the podcast, Ellie works across the main feed and premium strands, determining content for individual episodes and in-depth series. Ellie also regularly conducts interviews with historical experts for HistoryExtra, on everything from the ancient world and medieval era to empire and the Second World War.
Since joining the HistoryExtra team back in 2016, Ellie has worked across print, digital and podcasting – she regularly contributes written features and interviews to BBC History Magazine and HistoryExtra.com, and hosts live and virtual HistoryExtra events.
