Justin Kings has 30+ years experience working in commercial and public service media. He is currently Head of the EBU Academy supporting learning and development for EBU Members and other media across Europe and globally. In 2024, he launched with his team, EBU Academy School of AI – a curriculum of AI literacy and upskilling courses for broadcasters. Justin’s previous career highlights include being a senior leader at the BBC’s first multimedia operation, BBC London and acting as News Editor and Presenter at the world famous, Capital Radio.

Emma is a leading content creator and experienced Digital Producer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). She is passionate about building the ABC’s capability to create content for younger audiences on emerging platforms. With a rich background in producing digital, radio, and television content for public broadcasters, Emma excels at transforming traditional media into engaging, innovative formats. At the ABC, Emma is pioneering efforts to transform ABC’s podcasts into visual mediums.

With over 20 years in commercial radio, Andy has held key roles across the UK’s biggest radio groups, rising to Deputy Managing Editor and then Managing Editor at Heart. During his decade leading Heart, he launched the UK’s #1 commercial breakfast show with Jamie Theakston & Amanda Holden, took Heart to #1 in London, introduced national brand extensions, and grew listenership to over 10 million weekly. Now based in Scotland as Global’s Managing Editor, Andy has relaunched Heart and Capital, expanding local programming and driving audience growth. As part of Global’s Senior Leadership team, he also spearheads podcast and digital content strategy.

Dylan Haskins is a podcast commissioner at BBC Sounds, with a portfolio spanning all genres. His standout commissions include I’m Not A Monster—the BBC’s most-awarded podcast, Have You Heard George’s Podcast?—the first non-US winner of a Peabody Award, Where Is George Gibney?, and dramas like People Who Knew Me starring Rosamund Pike and Hugh Laurie. Other highlights include Miss Me? with Lily Allen & Miquita Oliver, Dua Lipa: At Your Service, and Bad People.

Dylan’s work has earned top industry accolades, including two Rose d’Ors, multiple Podcast Academy Ambies, Webbies, and British Podcast Awards, as well as consecutive New York Festivals Grand Jury Prizes and Banff Rockies Podcast of the Year. Before commissioning, he produced for BBC, The Guardian, RTÉ, and Other Voices.
