Martin began his career in the radio industry 30 years ago at what was back then Prague’s radio station Kiss 98. His responsibilities as a programme director quickly grew and soon he became the chief group director for the entire Radio Kiss network in the Czech Republic. Shortly after, his thriving experience in the business allowed him to become one of the founding members of Radio Beat, the number one most popular rock music radio in the country. Fast forward to today, Martin Hroch is now one of the most acknowledged figures in the Czech radio broadcasting industry, being primarily known for his position as general manager of six country-wide radio stations.
