ARN Director of Audience, Innovation and Music Partnerships Emily Copeland announced as a speaker in Munich

Emily is a strategic brand builder, who has led creative and content-driven organisations in reimagining traditional business and commercial models.

Currently Director, Audience Innovation and Music Partnerships at ARN, she is responsible for uncovering and championing projects which provide opportunities for audience and brand innovation and growth, whilst also leading music industry partnerships.

Emily joined ARN in 2021 as General Manager of CADA, to lead the launch of a new multi-platform national youth media brand, anchored in Hip Hop and R&B. CADA creates content for a diverse youth audience across an ecosystem that encompasses broadcast audio, podcast, video, digital and social.

Prior to ARN, Emily was the founder and director of Good Authority, a strategic partnerships agency which represented some of the most credible voices and organisations in Australian music. Emily has also worked with TEDxSydney, Chugg Music, Foxtel, FBi Radio and Sounds Australia. She is a current Board Member at Heaps Decent.
