Bauer’s Paul Sylvester joins the speaker line-up

Paul is an award-winning Content Director who has led the creative strategy and programming of Absolute Radio since 2015. He has taken the network to record ratings with 5.5m people listening every week. He has launched spin-off stations including Absolute Radio Country and pioneered the brand’s mental health programming which aims to open up conversations with around male depression and suicide. He brought Dave Berry to the station to host the Breakfast show and has pioneered specialist programming featuring documentaries and artists including Skin and Tim Burgess. During lockdown he created Absolute Radio 40s, a one-day pop-up station to celebrate the anniversary of VE Day.
