Options still available are:
Free build exhibition space – Providing empty floor space to create your individually designed exhibition stand in a minimum area of 4 sqm. You are free to work with your individual stand builder, and/or with the official RDE stand builder MATHYS, to order elements and furniture from MATHYS or the convention centre STCC, and/or to bring your own stand elements and furniture etc. Free build rates include exhibition space, communication in the exhibitor list, printed programme and online communications along with entry passes for your staff.
Shell scheme stand – Provides walls, fascia board and LED spotlights to make an off-the-shelf environment requiring minimal decoration and expense. Minimum size 6 sqm. Standard sizes 6 / 9 / 12 / 18 sqm – or more. Shell scheme rate include basic white walls & all the things you need to arrive and get going, communication in the exhibitor list, printed programme and online communications along with entry passes for your staff.
Basic back wall stand – Starter package. Provides back wall and lighting to make an off-the-shelf environment requiring minimal decoration and expense. Only available size / surface is 250 cm wide x 160 cm deep. For more sqm, please see above. No free choice of location. Package rate includes: Stand location allocated in back wall, communciation included in RDE exhibitor list and floor plan (online, app, printed programme). Up to 2 conference passes.
Start-up exhibition spot 3 sqm – Starter package reserved for evident start-ups / micro companies. Provides 3 sqm (200 cm wide x 150 cm deep) empty floor space to create your individual exhibition spot, using your roll-ups/banners etc. Exhibition spot allocated in start-up area / Innovation Square. No free choice of location. No constructions allowed. High-top table / stools etc. can be brought by your own means or ordered from the official RDE stand builder MATHYS and/or the venue SwissTech Convention Center STCC. Communciation included in RDE exhibitor list and floor plan (online, app, printed programme). Up to 1 conference pass.
