Paul Kaye is Vice President, Music Brands & In House TV Productions at Rogers Sports & Media, Canada. Paul is responsible for the strategy and brand development of the company’s music-based audio brands and In House TV productions including overseeing multi-platform content creation, talent success, research and branded content solutions. Prior to this role Paul was VP/Product & Talent at Rogers looking after the programming strategy for all audio brands (spoken word & music) and talent development.
Before joining Rogers Paul held roles at various media companies in Canada & the UK including positions as National Talent Development Director, Group Network PD & Operations Manager.
Paul is a certified coach who has worked with individuals and teams on multiple consultancy & coaching projects; he has coached leaders on their personal and professional development, worked with organisations to enhance creativity and advised businesses on strategy across various industries.
In his spare time Paul volunteers as a mentor working with young Canadian Entrepreneurs supporting them in pursuit of their business dreams, a role he finds truly rewarding.
