With a literary background, Constance Parpoil has worked for more than 15 years in international publishing, focusing on creating and selling global content around the world. Since 2019, she has worked for audiobooks apps in the UK and in France, where she focuses on the development of innovative offers and business models for audio, as well on the management of audio publishing catalogs. At Storytel, Constance Parpoil is in charge of the performance of the catalog of 5 of the company’s fastest growing catalogs. She is also running the company’s initiatives around AI narrated audiobooks and has supervised the launch of the Voice Switcher function in several markets. Passionate about audio, she is an avid listener of podcasts and teaches audiobooks publishing at the university in Paris.

Stefan Möller currently wears two hats. The Managing Director for commercial radio trade body RadioMedia in Finland and as the president for the Association of European Radios (AER),
based in Brussels. AER represents over 5000 radio stations across EU.

Stefan´s career started as a drummer, before joining the public service broadcaster YLE, from where he moved to the commercial media sector where Stefan has worked in various positions from presenter, creative, salesperson, marketing director, consultant and director of radio.

Actress and radio presenter, Maria Konstantaki is an active theatre and TV actress and she was also the host of a pet friendly tv show last year. Maria has had a radio career hosting shows at various time slots on a number of Greek radio stations and for the last 5 years she has been co-presenting on Easy 97,2 with Stathis Christoforidis. She also does a lot of voice overs for TV and radio commercials.

Steve Ahern is a globally recognized media expert, trainer, and broadcast consultant with over 40 years of industry experience. Author of the influential textbook Making Radio & Podcasts, he founded the radioinfo trade publications spanning Australia, Asia, and Africa.

Steve has held leadership roles such as Manager of ABC Radio Sydney, Director of the ABU Media Academy, and Director of the Radio Faculty at AFTRS, Australia’s top media university. His career includes launching media tech startups, guiding global boards to success, and earning an Order of Australia Medal for contributions to media and training.

Starting as a presenter and journalist in Australia, Steve later shaped media education globally, founding training institutes in South Africa and Afghanistan and designing curricula for universities and companies across Asia.

Steve has also worked in Teaching, International Diplomacy and Executive Management.

He is a sought-after international conference speaker, with a degree in Education, qualifications in Workplace Training and post graduate qualifications in Business Management.
