Philippe Generali is the President/CEO of RCS Worldwide, leading the company since 2000. He joined RCS USA in 1996 and previously headed RCS Europe, driving its growth for over a decade. A pioneer in media technology, he founded Media Monitors in 2003, created Mscore and Audience Reaction tools, and holds multiple patents.

Philippe also oversees Florical Systems and Mediabase, expanding RCS’s reach into television automation and music analytics. A graduate in Mathematics/Physics from the University of Orleans and Engineering from ENAC, he actively contributes to the Market Research Council, the Flatiron School, and serves on the IRTS board.

An influential speaker, Philippe shares his expertise globally at major broadcast events.

With over 16 years of experience in Hungarian commercial radio, Tamara started her career at Juventus Radio and spent seven years as a music editor at Class FM, Hungary’s leading national station at the time. Since 2017, she has been the programme and music director at Sláger FM, shaping the Hungarian radio market. A Serbian native, she also follows the radio industry in Serbia and the region closely, and in 2023 and 2024, she founded the Radio Workshop Budapest, a professional event for the radio industry in Hungary.

Chip Jellison is the Chief Technology Officer at RCS, overseeing global software development for RCS, Media Monitors, Mediabase, Florical Systems, and Test All Media. His broadcasting career began at Precision Media in New Hampshire, where he gained experience in on-air roles, engineering, and maintaining playout systems.

Joining Prophet Systems in 1998, Chip quickly became integral to the development of Audio Wizard and NexGen Digital, eventually leading the team. After Prophet Systems merged with RCS in 2006, he assumed his current role in 2007.

In 2016, Chip spearheaded efforts to integrate cloud technologies, resulting in innovations like Zetta Cloud and SelectorCloud. Holding over 35 patents, he also develops tools to enhance client productivity, including utilities like Zetta Status Monitor and Zetta Cloud Interface.

Kent Terry has extensive and varied experience in the digital media broadcast industry and beyond. With over 20 years of professional engineering experience Terry has been involved with various types of projects; audio, video & satellite transmission as well as design & build for TV studios. Currently Terry has been responsible for the roll out of ZettaCloud automation to over 300 AM/FM stations and continues to lead the charge in new deployment measures.
