Jasmin Bauomy is an Egyptian-German audio journalist, podcast host, and producer at TRZ Media in Berlin. A passionate storyteller and innovator, she’s also the founder of THE ECCO—a global network for audio creatives. THE ECCO unites talent through self-organized creative retreats and listening events that spark inspiration and connection across the world.

Madiana is the Head of Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives at the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the world’s largest alliance of public media organizations. She spearheads the EBU’s AI strategic initiative, driving innovation and collaboration among its Members. With a focus on fostering partnerships, producing cutting-edge insights, and shaping the future of AI in public media, Madiana is at the forefront of transforming the industry.

Max Franke is a seasoned digital media executive and Managing Director of Axel Springer Audio and PODIUS.io. With experience spanning startups and global corporations, he combines an entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset with expertise in digital transformation and business development.

Previously, Max was COO of Media Pioneer, managed Axel Springer’s digital music brands (Rolling Stone, Musikexpress, Metal Hammer), and served as Chief of Staff to Jan Bayer. His career includes roles at Amazon, Blendle, and self-publishing startup epubli. An MBA graduate from IE Business School, Max is passionate about innovation and future trends in media, technology, and society.

Caroline Gillet is a seasoned documentary maker for France Inter, specializing in innovative storytelling that bridges geographic and media divides. Her acclaimed podcast Inside Kabul, built from voice notes by two young Afghan women during the Taliban takeover, has won multiple awards (Italia Prize, NY Radio Festival, URTI) and was adapted into English by Canadaland. Its follow-up, Outside Kabul, debuted last March and inspired a 30-minute animated film for France Télévisions and BBC Storyville.

Previously, Caroline hosted the weekly radio program Foule Continentale, produced the live show Tea Time Club (adapted for France 4), and co-created the touring documentary stage show RADIOLIVE. Beyond radio, she has contributed to Slate’s Transfert, directed the documentary Les Mères Intérieures for France 3, and authored a book for Actes Sud. Caroline also teaches radio reporting at the University of Louvain.
