Tav Klitgaard is CEO of digital news provider Zetland. He is a seasoned product executive, having worked in the Silicon Valley tech scene before joining the news industry to build Zetland’s distribution platform. Originally a jazz trumpet player, his first tech startup was in pre-school ed-tech, where he led the product ABCiTY from cradle to exit, before joining issuu.com to lead the reading experience teams. He has championed the product innovation mindset at Zetland, where he now tries to instil it across the company as CEO. He also leads the horn section in Zetland’s house band and enjoys renovating his worn-down get-away house in the Danish countryside.

Aura Lindeberg is an expert in audio and radio with over 15 years of experience in broadcast media.

As Executive Producer of News Audio at Yle, Aura leads the daily news podcast, Uutispodcast. She is dedicated to exploring innovative ways to utilize audio within shifting media landscapes, enhancing audience engagement through podcasts and on-demand audio products.

With a passion for audio storytelling and a deep understanding of the media ecosystem, she has also gained experience as a journalist and producer in various capacities, working on current affairs programs, youth-oriented content, and news editing for both radio and web platforms.

Wade Kingsley is The Creative Coach. He helps people and teams unlock their creative potential through his workshops, coaching sessions and weekly podcast. His career in radio spans nearly 3 decades as a Programmer, Producer, Marketing Director and Creative Director. Now he’s an international consultant working with radio stations to help them use creativity to grow audience and revenue. He is the co-host of the ‘Melbourne Radio Wars’ podcast with fellow radio consultants Craig Bruce & Irene Hulme.

Cain is a 21-year-old Dutch radio DJ and imaging producer. Twice a week, he hosts a night show on The Netherlands biggest radio station – Qmusic. During daylight, he produces audio imaging for the breakfast show ‘Mattie & Marieke’ and for the official Dutch chart ‘The Top 40’. He started working at Qmusic when he was 19 years old.
