What’s happening on what day at Radiodays Europe, when should I arrive, when can I register?
As a quick guide to what is happening at Radiodays Europe we have put together some details of what to expect. If you’ve been to Radiodays Europe before you know that a bit of forward planning is needed to make the most out of your trip to Vienna and here’s how…
When to arrive for the Sunday Session…
Arrive at Vienna airport, take the metro U-Bahn / Tube: Line U1 (Red line) getting off at the station Kaisermühlen, VIC and taking exit “Schüttaustraße” to the Austria Centre (the RDE Venue) arriving in time for the start of the Sunday Masterclasses and Workshops (DSO and AER). You can also collect your badge on Sunday and miss the morning rush on Monday. Or, if you want to take a walk round the Exhibition and see what this year’s exhibitors have on show they will also be open on Sunday – to note you can visit the Exibitition for free even if you are not attending the main Radiodays Europe event, just register here.
Once again the main conference programme starts at 9.00 on Monday with registration opening at 8.00. There are four tracks to choose from which means a bit of pre-planning before you arrive will help you make the most out of your time in Vienna. The first full programme with timings will be released shortly but you can check out the sessions here and start to decide who is on your ‘must see’ list.
Radiodays Europe also offers a couple of evening events at which to network and the chance to see some of the sights in Vienna. Events are held on Sunday night and on Monday nights, the venues for which will be announced in the coming weeks.
