Speaker Profile: Carla Pedret

Carla Pedret is a journalist, and member of the digital media and innovation team at Catalunya Radio. She experiments with new formats, storytelling techniques and strategies to reach new audiences. She has more than ten years of work experience in digital newsrooms leading multimedia projects. In 2016, her investigative project on asylum claims in the UK won a Gorkana Award and was shortlisted for the Data Journalism Awards. She has also worked as a reporter and special correspondent.
